Many of us have known each other for quite a while now and I think this is a great way to let new online marketers 'get it out of their system' and to let the seasoned marketers present their marketing portfolios with a flourish, flare and razzle dazzle!

I also welcome the discussion of when and where promotional material is appropriate. How to promote. When to advertise in Social Networks and when to network the more subtle way! How do you do that?

I am reminded of this one time when a few of my buddies and I were hanging out in our favorite bar having a few laughs. We're kind of a goofy bunch, not all that bothered with the normal misconceptions or inhibitions of the average person, we pretty much feel free to say or do as we wish.

So there we were, like normal joking around about things that would seriously offend most and all the time knowing it was no big deal as we reckonized the truth of the situations. Then all the sudden this idiot shows up, the way he was dressed he looked like he was selling insurance or some crap we couldn't care less about, and sits right down with us. Well, next thing we know he's trying to sign us up to become friggin jungle juice plus ultra-supreme distributers, who was this fool?

We never seen or heard of him before in our lives! Why in the heck would we give a rip about his lame-a** opportunity?

It only got worse as I explained to him I was deathly allergic to the main ingredient in his product, and he still insisted I should use his product....at which point he was verbally torn a second bodily opening!

Weeks later we all became millionaires when we released our powerful and effective anti-shameless and limited imagination marketeer repellant(pepper-spray) to a large group of internet marketers who already had a business and did not wish to be bothered with hokey doomed to fail schemes.

I could go, but I think you get the point I am trying to make, and frankly I'm a little bored with showcasing my limited writing abilities....LOL :)

Hi Garnet!

you tell a good story... in person RL I would never dare to do what I have done online! ... I'm a stutterer, not always but often enough to curb any instance of speaking glibly! ... As a child (when I didn't have a stutter...taht was acquired during an interesting marriage)... I spent my life in books, reading so much...but not near as much as I wish I had even now... So any gift for writing stems from seeing words as my friends!

You on the other hand are a natural story teller!
