Starting the year out with a nice detox!
Last year was consumed with working on bringing George back to health. He is doing great but that experience has heightened my awareness of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I was actually not thinking about me as much as I should have so now I am working on that. As I was trying to get pounds on him I seemed to be gaining them faster than him.
So instead of a doing a regular detox with CleanStart from Natures Sunshine... I started the dieter cleanse a couple days ago along with walking every day. It is a 7day or 14day cleanse. I will see on day 7 if I want to continue another 7 days or save for a bit later.
I have been using Nature's Sunshine products for a few years now with pleasant results. I also get my products free now because it is my main online/offline business.
